Amethyst - Castleshaw Adventure!

Last week, Amethyst class had a fantastic day out at Castleshaw learning all about the Romans in Britain, linking to our summer topic 'Invaders and Settlers of Britain'. We did some mini archeology, dressed up as Roman soldiers and practised our battle formations, and then explored the remains of the Roman fort at Castleshaw, searching for hidden treasure along the way. Even Ms Lucas dressed up!
