Apple Crumble

Whilst exploring in the garden, Diamond Class excitedly found an apple tree. Together, they picked a basket of apples. They were amazed at how many apples they collected. They then discovered the blackberry bush and picked some blackberries too. The children in Diamond Class were so excited to taste the fruit. 

One little boy said "can we make a pie?" The children had lots of ideas on what they could bake with the fruit they had picked. 

Diamond Class decided to make an apple and blackberry crumble. They worked together to follow the instructions. The children listened very carefully to each step. 

The next day, the children all brought a teddy to school with them. The children enjoyed eating the crumble at their teddy bear's picnic.

It was DELICIOUS!
