Year 6's Fantastic Finish

Aquamarine celebrated the end of their topic, 20th Century Britain, before Christmas. 

We enjoyed learning about WW2, spitfires, D-day, The Battle of Britain and many more significant moments in British history throughout this topic. 

Our 'Fantastic Finish' involved us playing a traditional game of the period (Battleships) and designing a tea cup to celebrate VE Day, which signifies the day that WW2 ended.
