Tudor Day

During the Autumn Term we studied the Tudors as part of our topic work. 

Year 5 were lucky enough to have a visitor come into school to share their expert knowledge about this time in history. The children took part in a range of activities. They became a soldier in the Tudor army, they got to explore some of the armoury that was worn at the time, they took part in a hunting targets using their archery skills and explored Tudor board games that were played.

It was a fun day for everyone and we learnt lots of interesting information!
